If you get a good leader and understandable manager then your life is good at Adecco. If you get a psychopath Lead and Sarcastic manager then you are life is miserable at Adecco.

Poor middle management. What we communicate to our lead and what our lead or manager communicate to upper management is completely different. Always a blame game.

There are lot of things such as poor faculty support,no response to your call and emails,at time of joining they said your job is 100% secure but this is not like that they removed you from job without notice or any prior information.

The work culture but the new comers join this organisation they came from a BPO background and they're not following the company policy.

The office culture specially the new BPO managers came to this organisation n they are trying to ruin the work environment. Almost they did. Micro management. The most interesting part that the onshore team they're controlling every thing from US. They're are working from home but they're forcing the Indian employees to come to office.
