The company has good work culture and globally strong.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. The process & policies are there on records but on ground level the processes are not followed which enables employees to re-do the work which was supposed to done correctly at the initial stages.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
