It's a rewarding experience as the students benefit matters the most. Parents trust you so when you teach beyond books so actually nurture young generation for future. Nothing is there to like, no job security, work culture is full of biasness. Few senior and old teachers are exploiting whole staff with the support of Principal.

Dislikes

It is being noticed that after the inception of new Principal around 2 yrs 90% of Academic staff was forcefully asked to resign. Rest you yourself are intelligent

Worst experience working there, got exploited by senior staff and Principal. As Principal has double standard personality discriminate people on the basis of cast, religion and plays politically.

It works for a social cause. Management is magnanimous and Students centric. No education business is seen. The school has been accredited by NABET under Quality Council of India. Had been awarded by brand academy and Assocham recently.

Dislikes

Need to add day care facilities for the staff children as most of the staff is female.
