It's a rewarding experience as the students benefit matters the most. Parents trust you so when you teach beyond books so actually nurture young generation for future. I was given ample of opportunities to grow and learn. I started as teacher in primary classes and reached to Vice Principal. The journey was of course not cake walk. Accommodation,food, medical, sanitation,job security and the most important thing free education and incase of outsiders very less fee have to pay.

Nothing is there to like, no job security, work culture is full of biasness. Few senior and old teachers are exploiting whole staff with the support of Principal.

Dislikes

It is being noticed that after the inception of new Principal around 2 yrs 90% of Academic staff was forcefully asked to resign. Rest you yourself are intelligent

Work Details

Worst experience working there, got exploited by senior staff and Principal. As Principal has double standard personality discriminate people on the basis of cast, religion and plays politically.
