Nothing as such. One of the most flawed company of Adani and only good thing is it's brand name, which would be used in switching the jobs

Dislikes

It's culture,lack of transparency,no Coordination between employees,pathetic work life balance,dictatorship in the organization and many more.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
