Adani is a big brand. Brand name such big creates pride. Heroes at work and campaign also boosts morale

Dislikes

Time management is poor. Employee has to work 10+hours a day. Boss keeps telling you to go home on time yet he expects you to expect that you should stay late voluntarily. That is toxic as this disrupt culture as there will always be some people who are going to work for 12-14hours day and taking all the lime light

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
