There is only thing good about company is salary on time.

Dislikes

Experienced very poor management in this company. There is no anything like job security. Due to lockdown company fired near about 50 employees including GMs. You can not live family as well as social life here.

I liked the way company provides accommodations to employees

Dislikes

Management is not able to take work from employees as per employee's maximum potential. In short management not utilizing employee's capabilities. Company have not good management. Mostly working activities are being done unplanned. Management not giving values to documents management

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
