No growth , I was there for 5 years got performer rating all the time but did not get promoted. If your tuning is not good with your reporting manager , this company is a hell for you . As HR will only listen your Reporting boss . No system for feedback & to track your performance.

It is in high transition stage. One thing is that they are expanding for end to end processes, from silicon to module. Besides, the fast changing technology. These two make the plant evolving at very high speed.

Dislikes

As it is newer technology for India, people are not acquainted with it before hand so they need time and patience to understand and command things. But the rapid speed of expansion and technology upgrade does not let one. Management hires people at premium but also expact quick output which is not fair given the industry type.

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.
