Work culture is totally depending on Boss is always right phenomenon. That is only biased with Old employees They are not accepting New Employees and not values their experience because of their Ego in Nature.

i like only one good quality, when any employee unlucky death, that time our Adani group deduction only 200 rs per employee salary, means after employee death This family received a good amount transfer to handle family. it's nice of indirect helping to all employees family.

Training, study material, advanced technology, very good Township, family get togather, annual picnic, every month there is cultural events.

In earlier years there was good working culture developed by Senior leaders mostly from NTPC or PSUs. But most have retired and also some have left the organisation. A hell lot of politics. If you can please your manager then only you’ll get promotion and appraisals. Very low increment. HR first promote themselves then look for other departments promotions.

Salary on time, Company is good, but HOD are only after money.

Dislikes

Top management decesion making Not able to handle the HOD. Politics at site. Cunning HOD only want to earn from vendor. Favartisim at site. Not clear with the role and responsibilities. HOD only forwarding assignment and only want to be in limelight. They don't want their juniors that they learn or Mingle with other departments staff.
