HR Head Balkrishna is not trustworthy person. He spoke very rudely all time. Before final offer letter and after offer acceptance, he spoke different way. Aculife policy is like you are in open jail. No employee friendly environment. CEO, Mr. Guhaprasad is terrible. He doesn't have clarity what he wants. He doesn't trust on his employees. Be careful to join such organization.

THE CEO is extremely dumb, depends on paper work you need to give him your presentations as prints now think about taking 170 print outs every time. He don't allow your brain to give ideas for marketing and never encourage any idea by anyone and demotivated every one, no one in the organization wants to work with that human

Poor, my carrier is spoiled in the company because of sudden and unwarned transfer. I am not able to get job. They will never feel employee problem. Before transferring a job to 2000 km warn the employee or proof his guilt just sudden

I have worked for 12 years in same. Company and learnt a lot during my tenure from mgmt trainee level to sr. Manager, excellent work freedom and opportunity to grow specially in injectable space. As aculife is now growing internationally there is lot of learning n exposure as professionals.

Compensation is good but growth is slow.
