SAP S/4 HANA ABAP Developer

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, development processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language, including ABAP Objects, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migration and implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Fiori/UI5 development and SAP HANA database.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
