Working environment though it varies Department to dep but over it has good policies, employee recognition is very good, pus evening snacks best way to relax.

Work wise sometimes things become stagnent but it varies and work pressure is there which sometimes become exhausting

Some of the seniors and some of the higher position persons doing the politics between the employees. this is the most important thing is dislike in this company. I don't know this thing is running in my branch or other branches in don't know about it.

During my time at ACT, I faced financial issues, but HR did not respond to my concerns. Additionally, the management at the Hi-Tech City branch was not supportive, which made it difficult to address workplace challenges effectively.

Nothing is good as we expect after seeing to the office. But some of supervisors are not punctual. They do the things which is out of policy and thy will try to teach yo employees. Totally unfair policy no strict actions on supervisors. Very bad it's really hurts to those employees who expected more and decided to achieve some from organization.
