Recently it seems they do not know where they are heading, hiring people in bulk then suddenly reducing headcount, this culture has put people into a spot to worry about job security. The salary package remains an issue with this company, appraisals are not given basis your performance and market condition is taken as an excuse. Thesame cycle shall follow next year too, this is evident from their cost cutting approaches. Overall it seems these guys do not have right people doing projections for them. They are trying to spread everywhere but hardly know how to stay or make a value in the industry.
