The company does provide you work life balance.

Dislikes

...headcount, this culture has put people into a spot to worry about job security. The salary package remains an issue with this company, appraisals are not given basis your performance and market condition is taken as an excuse. The same cycle shall follow next year too, this is evident from their cost cutting approaches. Overall it seems these guys do not have right people doing projections for them. They are trying to spread everywhere but hardly know how to stay or make a value in the industry. A company which was always known for its culture and appraisal (prior to current year) now seems to be turning into a company which only cares about business (so called) and not their people.

Dislikes

They do not give hikes and let go of good resource just because they do not want to pay for what the team is worth of. They will brag about leading the industry but the reality is they are going down with each passing day. Appraisal and promotion % ranges from 5-7% only after all the hardwork you give them. Leaders have no idea where compsny is headed and they think doing fun activity will increase the morale n retain people, if you do not value the people working so hard for you, you are bound to see the downfall.

Dislikes

Management will make you feel on top of the world but when it comes to compensation and appraisals, they will not even discuss the appraisals and then say this is what management had decided. Either take it or leave it. A lot of favourism is there in this company. Favourite people are taken to Summits and people who perform are said they didn't qualify. As long as you work without asking questions, you are a good employee but as soon as you start asking questions, they will say you have always been a non performer.

The people.. Very cooperative staff in the team where I work.. No aggressiveness in managers and always helpful. It is a growing company and benefits are increasing..

The policies change quickly so difficult to adapt.. Rest salary is somewhat less as compared to the work done and the revenue of the company...
