I really wish i could mentioned names but of course i won't he able to, its a crap company do not think that only huge companies with big names have politics and are horrible you are extremely wrong, Useless companies like ACKO small start ups are worse at least huge companies have ethics and values they follow they know how to behave. You wont find a bunch of gooons and egoistic b***es working as team leaders and managers. I regret wasting 6 months in such a garbage organization. They enjoy targeting agents and then snatching their jobs from them why? Because the managers are uneducated swines who have an ego as big as the Bermuda triangle. They have no shame in showing that they are asslickers of the higher management. The minute you stand up towards any of those goons your job in acko is finished they will make it their lifes motive to ruin your life there. Dont join all these banglore based so called start up companies its not worth it. It is a waste of time and peace of mind. Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.
