The moment you enter the office , ackers greet you with a warm smile and make sure the new member is comfortable with the new fam jam ! There are quarterly team outings where one gets to know the entire family more closely outside the professional environment which builds a strong and positive rapport and boost confidence. Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.
