It’s a very small firm with minimal employees. No employee benefits. Salary is not given as mentioned in the pay slip. The team leads are not professional. The tool which they are using for work purposes is not built completely. Not many opportunities are available for growth in career. No organisation in the work.

Manager and a few team mates are quite supportive. Training given was exceptional.

Salary and employee benefits are no good. If anybody asks, I would never recommend this organisation to anyone. They (senior management and HR) do not stick to their word and expect employees to devote their time and energy. I did notice favouritism from the manager's end as well. They are anything but professionals. Overall, it was a horrible experience, I regret joining this organisation at all.

Work from home is good and training is excellent.

Work from home opportunity is good and the training is excellent. But but but, the work life balance at Acengage is horrible. Due to unreasonable targets, the employees have to login at weekends even. During the time of recruitment, I was told that I will have to take only 6 calls for exit interviews and the work load is manageable and this is PPI model wherein I will be paid 100 rupees for each interview and in every interview certain survey questions I will have to ask the ex-employees. When it came to reality, I had to ask 28, 32, 43, 56 survey questions depending on the campaign and moreover if the employees are non-corporate employees who are related to field work then those survey questions needs to be explained in hindi again which ultimately results in soooooooooooooo less pay in return. What about the TOS(Time on System), the employee doesn't answer the call at times, if the call gets answered even he or she asks you to call back. So what about the efforts, which I am putting in the job to connect with the employee to start the ultimate interview. The tool is soooooooooo unhandy and the support is so bad. Only 1 or 2 technical people are available for technical glitches. Acengage completely drains the life out of you and pay EXTREMELY LESS in return. There is no work life balance. There is no job security. There are no promotions. The work culture here sucks. The leadership team treats people like garbage. The place is stuffed with politics and is a place where a bunch of people just look for entertainment at the expense of others. They want to be'known' as a listening organization but are all deaf. The only advantage is that this job is a 100% remote job, people are willing to help in training.

I can write a book on the dislikes This company overwork there consultants and you will never be paid for the extra work you are putting in this job , they say they give work life balance by giving you 2 days off , but when your targets are not completed you will be asked to work on your weekends as well , it says shift is of 9 hours but I worked everyday for over 12 hours and even after that they had issues with my productivity and quality. Every person is super insecure about there designation and will torcher and bully you to work like a slave. They say they offer good incentives but there process is as such that you will never be able to complete those targets without draining the life out of you. They ask to engage with the employee to built a reputation when they themselves are unethical towards there lower level management.
