Manager and a few team mates are quite supportive. Training given was exceptional.

Dislikes

Salary and employee benefits are no good. If anybody asks, I would never recommend this organisation to anyone. They (senior management and HR) do not stick to their word and expect employees to devote their time and energy. I did notice favouritism from the manager's end as well. They are anything but professionals. Overall, it was a horrible experience, I regret joining this organisation at all.

There is no work life balance. There is no job security. There are no promotions. The work culture here sucks. The leadership team treats people like garbage. The place is stuffed with politics and is a place where a bunch of people just look for entertainment at the expense of others. They want to be'known' as a listening organization but are all deaf. The only advantage is that this job is a 100% remote job, people are willing to help in training.

I can write a book on the dislikes This company overwork there consultants and you will never be paid for the extra work you are putting in this job , they say they give work life balance by giving you 2 days off , but when your targets are not completed you will be asked to work on your weekends as well , it says shift is of 9 hours but I worked everyday for over 12 hours and even after that they had issues with my productivity and quality. Every person is super insecure about there designation and will torcher and bully you to work like a slave. They say they offer good incentives but there process is as such that you will never be able to complete those targets without draining the life out of you. They ask to engage with the employee to built a reputation when they themselves are unethical towards there lower level management.
