Likes

I love the fact that I have the I option to conduct training in companies belonging to various sectors. I also get to travel to various cities, and all the arrangements are taken care by the company. The best part is the work life balance it offers and I can deliver 100% productivity because of that.

Dislikes

I think compensation can be a little better, but it's also in my hand.

Work Details

I work as a Soft Skills trainer across various sectors namely government, corporate, social and education. I find it very fulfilling and challenging at the same time. It's interesting to engage with participants from varied background and age groups.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
