There is jo training at all, all you need to do is learn on yourself and after that also you'll be blamed to not learn properly, this is every single engineers opinion. You won't get any professional documents , the CTO and CEO , will delay that for days, months and even years. You'll assigned a task that's not in your job role when you're about to leave and then accused for not doing it on time.
