I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Not a single thing which you can like, they manipulate the policy any time,

Very worst HR policy, no salary sleep, increment not on time and increment letter given after 3-4 months after increment, no overtime, work time 9.00 am to 6.45 pm every day, no overtime, change your department anytime, management treats you as their servants, very terrible work environment, i suggest not to ever come here for work,and if you came here for work then don't blame others about nobody before warns you....Read More
