Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year and also they started 13th month from this year which is very useful to the employees..

This organisation is good for working as a senior AR, but promotions are so delay there are multiple level of AR, SME, TL it takes minimum 3 years to move on ATL post from senior associate.. some of the supervisor are good rest are so mean.

Dislikes

Company is good for package and bonuses.. but not understand the person's situation and deduct the salary.. if production is not met..

The only thing which i like in Access Healthcare is Training, but in training also lot of issues, some of the Trainers are so rude, they are treating the trainees like kids or students, and useless assessment, just for name sake or some other reason they are doing, it's almost like 4 or 5 assessments, if you fail also they will pass you. after these assessment they will move you to floor, its takes almost 1 and half months, for me, after one and half months they ask me to do final assessment. the only satisfaction is package, but still they will give much pressure for that....Read More

There are lot, my first visit was my worst experience, security is not respecting, he spoke with me in rude manner, in reception house keeping women is not respecting, most of the trainer are dominating the trainees, it's not like a corporate office, everybody is rush, they just want to complete target, they are working as per the client requirement or job satisfaction, i spoke with HR, SR Manager, even VP also regarding this, no response from anyone<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. who want good package and okay for work pressure, and don't worry respect they can work here</mark>. I am not sure all the projects are like these. but I hope most of the projects will be like this in the company....Read More
