Their leave policy, no matter what they will allow three leaves only that too applied and approved 2-3 months ago. One of my colleagues grandmother died and he took 5 days of leave but they approve only for 3 days. Everyone tries to do micromanagement, no matter how hard you work only people related to management will get promoted.

Access healthcare is really good in all terms except TL and delivery manager.

Recently they hired 600+ for hanger DME project. SPOC have been selected without zero knowledge in DME as well as software. Since those PPL came from Omega with delivery manager reference. Interview for Muslim PPL was just like how many times you pray a day, regularly go to mosque, where are you from. Delivery manager is a Muslim. Group leader yuvraj, Sandeep won't give respect to the team members. Hate speech, shouting in the floor, threatening in terms of like we will terminate, no knowledge regards the process.
