Hybrid mode of work.

No hikes. Very less pay and no good projects. Leadership doesn’t seem to care about employees.

Work life balance can certainly improve. Mine has been bad since I joined. Since last 6 months has been better. Appraisals were good during covid post that it has dropped drastically. There is huge competition in design and you have to be really good but more than that you need a backing :) as usual if there is someone at top backing you, you will be in a good spot. no hikes, office politice, working 14 hrs a day for 2 years and single handedly working on a project wont give promotion if you dont have put maska to higher ups
You get to work with lots of Fortune 500 organisations and some of the internal products are great to work at.
Dislikes
For a UX Designer, very few projects utilise one's UX skills and knowledge. There is a lack of understanding about UI/UX among the clients and the higher management of Accenture, hence resulting in a frustrating experience.
The promotion criteria are pretty botched and you might need to makequick and useful connections if you want career progression</mark>....Read More

Only UI work and no UX. Limited increment and growth, poor technology stack, pathetic work-life balance, and a lot of politics.
