I have to given any hike in past 1.5 years, even though i got award for torch bearer and overall best performance. To motivate yourself u require hike as well, only rewards are not enough.

Work Details

Their is no work life balance, we have to be continuously on system for more than 8 hrs, regular shift changes every month with regular week off changes. It disturbed my peace of mind.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
