Pay structure, onsite allowances, people are very helpful and understanding.
Dislikes
Worklife balance, culture, few client enviornment is toxic.

Dislikes
Horrible tech and human resource support. Laptops don't work and don't have right configurations. Have to raise a ticket to even solve basic and obvious problems. Promotions go to friends and family. Directors are happy to dead end teams and people's careers as long as their work gets done. There's no job security, work is horrible and everyone over 5 years of experience is basically making excels and ppts everyday. Additionally, there's a lot of teams that have come up with useless products that are forced into every solution to make it even more costly for the client while delivering little to no benefits. What's the point of implementing open AI under a new name when you haven't added any real features to it? Don't know how clients tolerate or pay for this inefficiency. In the end, all the cost that's wasted by leadership on cooking up this nonsense is recouped in the form of salary cuts. Things have been getting worse as we continue bad investment decisions in the line of how we screwed up metaverse and blockchain.
Ideally, need to sack 70% of the company, create a leaner structure to serve clients and cull the automation group to create something more use case focused for customers. That will raise salaries and profits simultaneously while also bringing true value to customers. That's what Accenture initially stood for....Read More
