I worked a lot and was recognized too. However, one of my fellow colleagues was all about religion and made derogatory comments about 1 specific religion. It was not just this. Other things followed. I highlighted it to the management but there was no action taken. His performance was always in question but the management didn't seem to bother. They talk about values and everything but at ground level , they dnt care about the employee.There is no growth. The growth is not as per performance but how many years you wait regardless (tenure only matters). Over all an average experience I must say....Read More

It is excellent place to work. The management is absolutely fine. They provide cab service under transport boundary. However, the organisation is lacking in terms of job security.

The best part of being part of Accenture is Job security & work ethics. Multiple benefits to employees right from free transport (cab, no bus), Thank you bonus, Market correction salary etc. Promotion & Appraisals are purely based on hard work & projects.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike. Being a MNC or corporate there is always chance of office politics, this is not in control of any company.

There is no interaction regarding the kind of courses one must pursue to be recognised and grow. With return to office coming into picture one has to travel to their base Location and can't get a transfer.

Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

Bad leadership and biased decisions, too dirty politics, you will be interviewed for an profile but what you get actual will be completely different work which will screw up your future. Your manager will never be faithful to you, irresponsible and incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. I have joined last year only in September. Until now work was okay.

Dislikes

The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.

The Major Pros of Accenture is it's perks and attractive salary for which every employee crave for. Growth and learning is also captivating.

Dislikes

As I was in Customer Support, maybe due to this profile there is no work from home or hybrid culture, or any work life balance. This is totally personal comment and thought on this. Otherwise everything was good in working with Accenture.

There are some good projects with many opportunities to work on new tech.

1. Lots of untalented folks on-shore are just doing assistant jobs with inflated tech role titles, this puts all the pressure and work on clients and the off-shore teams. Management expects you to work >12+ hours a day if you are in a senior/lead role to offset the incompetence of the on-shore folks. There have been instances where off-shore resources were asked to extend for 16 hours/day. 2. There is a lot of petty politics and they follow no clear standards for hiring people for tech roles with a very low standard of interview process. 3. Managers treat senior folks like trading horses and do not care for their aspirations, you are locked to projects without any interviews or alignment with the tech skills under the pretext of organizational requirements and are forced to work. 4. HRs do not reply/respond to any employees unless you contact them through your People Leads or Managers. They tend to dismiss employee's concerns, simply reiterating management's perspective. 5. There is a significant discrepancy between the variable compensation mentioned in the offer letters and the actual amount disbursed by the payroll. 100% of LVB earned is never going to be >50% of your LVB mentioned in your offer letter....Read More

1. Timings are really bad especially in WFH. The work hours extend more than 12 hours. You don't have any personal time left. I worked in 2nd shift (12:30 to 9:30pm) but still people ping you at 2 am in the night expecting you to reply asap. You are expected to start responding from 11am in the morning till forever in night and attend late night calls which are scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards.
