I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I will not suggest anyone to work in this company. It's an MNC for saying only, the working culture is not good. HR police's are only in papers. It's a company which is run by old aged people. Who all are involved in politics.
