Dislikes

No work life balance. Everyday its a review day. Unnecessary reporting formats inspite of a dedicated MIS team working. Business partners are everything and reach out to the ceo/sales head very easily. Top management has no clue why business is going down for last FY.

Worst culture in the north region by north head - Cruel is a word which is very low when it comes to the north region head who calls the team to speak against him in front of HR to prove his innocence. Very sad the HR should have done anonymously and individually to know the real story Shouting, demoralizing, making personal commenton individual are his traits. Worst company to work for,I have been given tenure of hardly few months as I have joined from one of the largest consumer electronics giant,worst peoples,worst work ethics and no career growth, I highly not recommend this organization as they don't give you ample of time to leave

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
