Worst work culture. There are no company policies, Management words are final. Even during the releasing, HR do not process even after serving 90days unless and until higher management approves.

Dislikes

Everything, No work life balance, we have worked months over time about 14hours and still don't get paid for this extra efforts. Managers are just puppets of higher management.

The best part of working at Accenture is the company culture and its policies. Everybody around will help you in the best way possible so that you feel satisfied with the work you are getting and you provide your best input.

Dislikes

Hardly much to dislike anything at Accenture for anyone. There might be a few who would have left negative reviews but i can assure that would be like 1 in 10000. The only drawback i feel sometime is the Variable component in compensation. However that can be managed easily if you are performing well at your job.

Work Culture is good. Healthy work environment. Management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Learning curve is mostly dependent on the assignments. Working hours could be more than usual depending on the project assignments. Sometimes project assignments given are not relevant to skills. Switching projects within business unit is not easy. Referral system is not good, references never get calls and their profile is put intohold status....Read More
