Don't expect salary hikes, bonus, incentives and other stuff. No work life balance, No proper transportation provided. Female employees make sure don't get pregnant soon otherwise you will sent home for sure.

There is nothing that is all fraud about the company

It is very irritating working with those people they all are fraud I informed and exited my job but still they gave me terminated in the releaving letter this is not fair at all.People are all fake there they won’t even bother if you sre fine or not they always call you for work in weekends though if your health condition is in icu also

Apart from WFH option nothing else is good

No team lead and manager support for right things, no proper work management. Lots of favorism when it comes to support and work handover. Threatening employee verbally and telling they will terminate just by sending an email

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. Good learning curve. Good use cases at times which makes way for knowledge growth.

Appraisals and Promotions are random. Less deserving people are promoted. People who are leading even their seniors and delivering complex projects by taking complete ownership are not given promotion. Incentives for hard work is minimal. Something else apart from MERIT drives promotions here.

I would say this whole-ly depends on the client and the team you end up in. The people you work with on a daily basis, the developers you interact with, the testers and POs. In terms of work ethic and deliverable quality, I feel I work with the best minds in this team, and that makes me want to become and push my skillset.

The team you work with, work life balance goes in a shambles. Zero Socializing, teams meets, anything that isnt work, doesnt have space on the calendar of the team i work in. Been with this current client of mine for close to 2 years and i haven't met anyone from the team, other than knowing what they sound like, i have no clue about them. Being paid in peanuts, not meeting people, weekends are workdays at times. It kind of starts to get to you, but at times it feels like everyone is going through the same and we cant complain. on they are also reducing the team size by more than 50% stating budgeting issues? which from an employees perspective doesnt make sense....Read More

There is lot to say about Accenture in terms of what I dislike about it. It has got very bad work life balance, disgusting increment and promotion culture, worst IT and worst HR team.
