local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. You will be enjoying Accenture if you have good relation with your manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

salary increment is very low, no promotions , everything is on managers hand and HR plays no role, lot of nepotism. No job security. Lot of Mental torture as there is no raise and managers has everything in hand which results in no motivation in office

They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.

Worst work culture full of advertisment, felt like they spent alot of money in social media. No hikes and less salary, work like slavery in Service desk amd application support jobs. Like call center job with worst management and politics. Most of the managers doesnt even know basic troubleshooting or not even know the process. Favorism is there for management, and some of the managers have basic bcom degree or non IT degree and come to become manager in IT, and not even have knowledge about basic technical details....Read More

Been at the company for 7 years Achieved all sorts of milestones in terms of work Leading a team of 6 being just a senior dev Increased business value of the project Also achieved expert proficiency and certifications But Accenture believes in financial well being and diversity, thus dividing everything amongst everyone and within that favouring women employees Top Performers have no role here
