Likes

Experience was too good. Teammates and manger were supportive. Company provides lot of certifications programmes and that will improve skills. Good salary and will get reasonable hikes depends on your contribution.

Dislikes

Most thing i dislike about accenture is its work life balance policy. They will not think empolyee personal life. I used to work for 12 hrs day sometimes but they will not give extra pay for the work

Work Details

Its good. I suggest accenture for beginners. They provide lot of certification programs. accenture is the one of the reputed company that makes us value when we shift to other companies

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Please suggest me which company would be best to join for good knowledge growth, stability and moderate work pressure.
