Poor level management- A level 11 can be Team lead & A level 9 also be team tead for level 11 folks Tooo much micro management. For 9 hour shift they ask for 9:30 hours & ask to fill time sheet for only 9 hours on daily basis. New projects are not structured No fixed off- they can roster leave according to their managers

Nothing much really. Accenture is not a brand that commands much respect in the market, it like one of the big 4s. So you cant expect good exits from here. Globally it might be different but once you are part of India business, mobility to other geographies is not encouraged (stealthily discouraged)
India business is not driven by meritocracy but rather a cabal of MDs who run the show as per their own benefit and it can at times even be detrimental to Accenture itself but who will question. The cabal of MDs have multiple levels among themselves and have equity benefits and that is all they want. The entire level of MDs and beyond is so Opaque that you will feel you are being driven by an invisible hand, which means that no one will ever raise any issues because the invisible hand will make it tough for you. Hence there are false praised in meetings and parties and its becoming more and more a cohort of people who flatter among themselves and live in false glory. Only people who benefit the cohort get promoted and rest have to slog for years. The entire appraisal process is a big sham, where its pre-decided who will get promoted and before appraisal you can see some people getting special attention and praises when none is due and suddenly you see that they are also promoted. Also, appraisal is sham because they will say we have to enter feedback in the system but its all pre-decided who will get promoted and who will write what in their favour. The only thing that is good here for now is that WFO is not mandatory.
I switched to Accenture thinking that it'll have better work culture and the disappointment I had! I don't know how so many sub standard people are working here and how they got hired. I have had people with 14 years of experience ask me how to change the header color of a table on an email and ask me to format their emails. This is just an example. There are tens of such incidents with different people. My DU has been good, because the team was actually another company before which was acquired by Accenture. While I was working for my DU, from people perspective within team everything was good. Once I started working as a loaned resource, all the hell broke loose, the real picture of Accenture become evident. So many incompetent people!! If you’re looking for getting exploited go ahead and join S&C ACN. They make full out of you saying they handle strategy consulting projects whereas most of the work is IT based projects only and Operations support. The leadership sucks big time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.
MD leadership failed putting in place proper structure to allocate projects and led to managers selecting their favourite candidates for account they handle,

Work culture is very good. People get your feedbacks and understand you well. Your colleagues are supportive and friendly but depends on project as well but mostly good. If lucky you will end up in good projects working in latest technology but SAP and CRM tools dominates most. If you are from SAP and other CRM tools I recommend you to join. Onsite are depends on projects and very rare
The pay and hike is very low like WITCH though it's a premium brand. Like other companies people don't value existing employees irrespective of skill and contribution and paid less. Even freshers and new hires could be paid more than you even though they don't do much work as you. There are bit of politics and favouritism but won't affect you much.
