If you are reporting to the US manager, then there is a problem. Encountered discrimination because of Indian. India (local) HR is not authorized to ask American employees, if you raise or escalate any issues with them against the US reporting manager. US manager always forces you to attend meetings, even if you inform him to log off early because of a health issue or take any ad hoc one-day leave . If you ask for Christmas vacation, the US reporting manager's first question is: It's a US holiday, why do you need 3-4 days of vacation? Every time you go on leave, the US manager will ask you to identify a backup resource. However, this condition is not applicable to US employees. There are absolutely no guidelines for putting employees on PIP. An employee who has not yet finished the probationary period (4 months after joining the company) has been placed in PIP by the US manager without informing local HR. You will find great colleagues here, real nice people, Accelya didnt fire a single employee during Covid period, the only way they fire you is if you are absolutely bad at work.

Its hell, work hours will drive you insane, your manager expects you to work from 10 in the morning to 12 in the night, most of it from office itself, avoid this company... forget about work life balance if you are ever ever onboarded. Only time you will ever be left alone is when you are on leave, Manager will prefer or rather force you to be ob leave than to be work from home. Its hopeless!!!
