A great company to work and gain experience with various on hand training for skilled jobs. The Self appraisal gives an individual his utmost job satisfaction financially as well as for his career growth. The company has got Work environment with programs involving every individual to innovate to excel in his respectve field.

Dislikes

Off late I found that the Work pressure is high with minimum job security. The inhouse facilities has been curtailed due to various cost cutting measures.

Work Details

Work has been little bit of boring and monotonous in nature for my cadre and designation. But for some sales and marketing team it has been avery challenging one working in Bangalore for ACC brand with companys present policy and market conditions.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
