I liked everything and I always given top priority to my job and always worked with sincerity.

I was shocked when I was asked to leave in covid time without seeing my overall performance and dedication. staffs in my same band didn't not performed but they are saved by their God fathers ( saved by Sr managers and departmental heads). I have given my 10 years to ADCB and never accepted any other bank offer because I personally believed that ADCB is the best. In every professional organization there should be some parameters to ask the staff to leave but why I was asked still I don't know and staff who did not performed are in the system because of their God fathers. I stopped my children education in the middle in Dubai and till date they are not mentally settled in India and hoping that may be again they will go back and study and live in Dubai. Sorry to say but justice is not done with me. I have zero complaints with the bank and still I believe that ADCB is the best and I alqaya miss ADCB. If any possibility please take me back to ADCB I will be highly grateful to ADCB. God bless...Read More
