They pay as promised that's the only thing helps you but you will have to do double the work as if it's your family business.

Dislikes

The way they talk to an employee with very bad and wired tone. And the sugar-coated talks. They have no knowledge about advertising and they don't trust you how much ever you contribute to the company any time you can be removed without warning. It carry a very cheap culture. You will have to work according to them and take the blame on you if it doesn't work.
