HR policies are to zero in this company, even if your confirmation is not done, will you get it done for 45 days or you will have to pay his salary? If your duty is completed. Even if you complete it at 8:00, you will be forcibly stopped. And whatever extra work you do, you will not get anything for it. Your salary will be deductedwithout any notice.
