The company deals with refigeration and air conditioning . It mainly works on vapour compression cycle , where we store products (apples) upto 5-8 months. Me and my team was wholly and Solly responsible for process controll and maintenance of all machinery in the plant. There was friendly environment in the company and everybody was very much concern about his task. My company gives me a lot in terms of experience , skill development , adaptability in industrial sector, etc but meanwhile I noticed that there is not much growth for me nor I have anything more to learn and that was the reason I quit my job ....Read More

There was not much more to learn about and my main concern was growth , which was very very slow in abraq agro fresh .

Work Details

An engineer responsible for all technical works . Including process controll , maintenance of machinery , etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Dislikes

Growth is very limited for an engineer. Healthy appraisal & other incentives are much needed. Accommodation and other facilities should be better especially for plant room employees.
