ABB India Automation division is worst... they'll only take as 3rd party with 3 bond and later they'll extend it without your concern. All the management is literally stupid from ABB head to Team lead (full of old people). They'll charge huge money from customers 50K upto 1.5L easily for 1 man-day and engineers will have to face customer pressure. Package is very cheap than current industries and increments is below average. better go to competitors such as Emerson, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Yokogawa. DONT JOIN THIRD PARTY COMPANIES...THEY'LL LITERALLY SCREW YOU AND SPOIL YOUR LIFE BY PROMISSING OFFER IN ABB SOON You've to travel remote places everyday site-site-home-site-site. Well once a company become an Indian entity, there is no proper work life balance and culture. No promotion in most departments. Some departments really recognize the hard work but unfortunately I wasn't departments.
