For software testing job is very less, even internal career portal if we apply also no one will call for the interview. If project got over u will get near 1 month as a time to attend the interview if u get selected u will continue or else HR will ask to put down a paper and serve for 3 months notice period. Before joining this company we should aware of this because even we won't get the hike also in this situation. Even if 2-3 PPL won't get the project also they will ask us to put down the paper in this big organisation. Hike will be on April if your in middle of the month Feb to April you won't get any hike.
