I worked for two months only. Ask us to work over time including saturdays and sundays. They ask unrealistic goals and deadlines. No work life balance. Very bad experience. Don't provide salary as per the offer.

Interviewer's Attitude is too rude, and he makes predefined assumptions on the answers he is expecting!!! If you are not interested in interview, better ask some one who is eligible to take that going forward

Well once a company become an Indian entity, there is no proper work life balance and culture. No promotion in most departments. Some departments really recognize the hard work but unfortunately I wasn't departments.
