Pay was less when compared to industry standards.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, since I worked in multiple project different products Also we will be given opportunity to be innovative. They will acknowledge the work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
