If anybody is willing to work with them, think twice. No salary will be resolved in time.Never expect any kind of benefits from the company.Brutel and harsh treatment from the employer. He will convince anybody in minutes. But never expect a decent way of dealing from him. In which ever way, he can exploit the employees, that he will do. For that he is having TWO suitable staffs also.most of the days, employees are accumulated in front of the main door, and some among them maybe crying or cursing. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
