you get opportunity to deliver your skilled but same time Compensation is low. Recognition policy needs more strengthen and more employee friendly with which employee can benefited.

Work Details

I am looking after to the EHS. Environment , Health and Safety aspects of the company. Regular Safety Walks, compliance related matters. Regular training for associates. Monthly safety metrics regarding EHS and submit the report to Global Team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
