I must say. Its a superb company, I never thought I can ever join my Dream Company. Let me tell you few things 1st and Most Important. Within in 15 days of joining I got Covid Positive, My condition was critical and my Dad was in ICU. Each and evry senior Management Employee helped me emotionally. I was on Leave for 15 Days, Company has not deducted single penny from my salary and No Leaves were decucted. that was one of the personal Support for me. Thankful to this organisation Work Culture is one of the most maintain aspect of 6sense. You must have noticed, In this Pandemic people are working more than 12 Hours a day with too many scheduled call per day. But here, we are all tied to focused Goal and moving in that direction, Due to this we can get rid of hectic schedule and over workload.
