Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. There is much to learn with the projects they have but the Draftsman rule the place, they won't let you grow as an Architect.

Joined as an Architect but ended up enhancing my CAD skills. Follow the Draftsman as your mentor and you'll have a secure job.

I want to like 100% IT job. I am not satisfied in 4th dimension. I want to get more salary anywhere in delhi/NCR as soon as possible.

This is an architectural firm. I am not getting 100% IT job in 4th Dimension. This is a partnership firm.It has two bosses. They assign different type of work to me like personal assistant, to get help in accounts, field work by motorcycle and help in HR etc.

If this is your first job you will learn so much in this company. I found the company was very open in terms of clients interactions as compared to others. Everyone will let you feel comfortable with them and provide you with the genuine feedback for improvement. People there were very talented in there work.

Dislikes

Compensation was not up to the industry standards. Very low appraisals even if you work 3x compared to others. Job Security & Work Pressure was not good even. Even though it is an IT company still we need to work 6 days a week. On Sundays you will required to come to finish client work. Don't expect any compensation for Sundays. Owner sometimes used abusive language.

I joined as web designer when they were working as freelance but after some time i learned web Development. There is so much to learn in the company, that you will wear many hats.
