Company uses their employee by asking them to work overtime, no job security Deloitte is the only client which generate 100% revenue of the company as 4ci is one of the primary vendors for deloitte Nobody gets a chance to work on Deloitte except the one who are already working for the client(Deloitte) Other clients response are weak and poor except CSC in which they are able to fill Customer service related position Compensation/Salary increment is one of the worst in this industry...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
