I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Not much work pressure, good clients

Dislikes

Too much office politics, no good upraisal, good projects goes to seniors even though they are holding tons of work it's just because company pays OT. Managers assign works to seniors mainly & get extra hours for doing small work in that projects.

HRs are just like a puppet of managers. 3. Last 3 years, no promotion no raise ie no hope to continue with this company. 4. Place is like sinking boat, 4 clients incoming and 6 clients outgoing. 5. Company with lot of TLs, managers with merely low level employees who really works. Managers himself are considering to be the CEOs. 6.
