1) Join for good package, later you won't get good hike 2) Some Old employees (Managers) are very much annoying, always showing attitude. 3) Some people who are in management position don't have enough knowledge about Design. 4) They will use Junior Design engineer as tissue paper. 5) Last but not least HR. She works only on behalf of MD, not even one percent she supports for employee. Initially everything will be fine, later she will change. 6) You won't get your PF on time, they will put once in a year....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
